The location here is unbeatable, and the staff on the night shift is excellent, making it easy to access the expressway.

The refrigerator in room had a open can of dog food with a spoon inside it & MOLD. STUNK UP THE WHOLE ROOM IN 15 SECONDS. HAD TO OPEN WINDOW IN ROOM GET RID OF SMELL. 18 DEGREES OUTSIDE.

Nice hotel, it deserves its 3 stars.

The hotel is comfortable and has friendly staff during the night shift. The central location is unbeatable, close to shopping, restaurants, the Independence Center, and malls. It's also convenient for softball fields. The building and rooms on the 1st level are nice, and they offer a great selection of breakfast goodies.

Breakfast was just ok Hot tub had white foam on it. Looked nasty. Jetted tub in bathroom was not clean.

The room comes with a cozy sitting area, a convenient writing desk, and even an iron and ironing board, all in a great location.

It was more than I expected for the price-clean, comfortable, great service, friendly associates-beats the heck out of Motel 6. I would definitely stay at one of their locations again if they are all like this.

The bedding was stained. No bath tissue on second day. Alcohol being drunk in the lobby where it was clearly posted no alcohol. Person at the desk was unhelpful with the local area. The safety issues in the breakfast area were out of this world as far as the electrical. The elevator door for fire safety kept closing and we didn't know if it was safe to use the elevator. The worst breakfast ever!

Everything was perfect during my stay at Comfort Inn & Suites in Lee's Summit. The room was well-organized with a refrigerator and a sofa. The location is magnificent, and the staff was very helpful. The freeway is conveniently close to the hotel.

Bed was comfortable...room was clean, liked having fridge, microwave, extra sink, and coffee maker. Staff was friendly. Big screen TV.

Internet in my room wouldn't work at first and I had to figure out problem by myself as staff did not seem to know, although I was able to use computers down by the office successfully. Elevator was down when I arrived so I had to lug all my luggage up 3 flights of stairs.

The location seem to be out-of-the-way, but great access to all of the entertainment points.

Staff was taking phone calls rather than helping those at the desk. I was was shushed by lady at the desk when she was talking on the phone. I wasn't being loud and was talking to another guest that was complaining that we had to wait while she was answering the phone's.

The room here was great, it had a microwave, refrigerator, and a sofa, plus amazing facilities.

Staff was incrediblely wonderfum!
